Always late with taking rent out. Didn’t upkeep property. I fell and broke my wrist from falling on my stairs at about 11:15 am due to ice. Had to contact them five different times to remove ice from my front door steps, and they still did not provide ice melt. Does not keep track of checks that are dropped off; so seems like they really only focus on their app. Just an overall lack of communication and reliability.

We have been with Kearney Rental Pros since the day we arrived in Nebraska. We have dealt with them for one and a half years now. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and kind group of people than the team there. We learned about Kearney and other important landmarks the first day! We have never felt so welcome anywhere. No matter what time of day when we encountered an issue within hours our problems are solved. We work directly with Jolynn to pay rent. She has been so outstanding and kind with us. If only we had a world of professionals such as these folks in all our lives each day! I feel they deserve our respect and recognition for being the great team they are! I would recommend anybody coming to Kearney to them!

Kearney Rental Pros are an amazing group of people to work with. I always had a wonderful experience renting from them. The office personnel are friendly and inviting. Also, the maintenance crew are quick and efficient on getting things handled and fixed if there were any problems. If you're living with Kearney Rental Pros, I recommend: 1. Documenting every inch of your apartment 2. Documenting every conversation you have with KRP 3. Looking up a good attorney before you move out Thinking of a word to describe KRP, scam is the one that fits best. In my year and a half with them, they were practically unwilling to perform upkeep. I'm talking lingering black mold, a broken dryer, missing stair railings, letting the yard fester, etc. They'd let all sorts of things go until you'd threaten to talk to the owners. Instead of fixing our busted windows, they installed storm windows and removed my ability to open the windows. When I told them I didn't want that, they told me I did. They told me I didn't want fresh air, people. When it came time to raise the rent, they coax
