Abby is the best realtor we have ever met, along with being an amazing person. We got in touch with Abby to sell our house in North Jersey, while living in South Jersey. She stated that she was FULL SERVICE and she means it! Not only did she sell a house we were having difficulty selling, she drove down to South Jersey to meet with us, took care of EVERYTHING from soup to nuts (including C/O, other certifications, final readings, as well as help us coordinate and deal with our tenants), all while talking us through everything (and often off a ledge). She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a lot of fun to work with. We still ONLY trust her to guide us through anything real estate.

What can I say about Abby? She kept telling me not to worry about the sale of my house, it would sell. She was so right, in less than a week she had multiple buyers for the house. Even after we had the contract signed I never thought she felt her job was done. When it came to figuring out what had to be done once contracts were signed, Abby was there telling me this is what I needed do next, then do this next. I was never alone for the entire process from listing to closing. Many times when I thought I was going to have a breakdown there was Abby giving me words of encouragement telling me not to worry everything was normal and proceeding according to plan. She even went above board to file for the CEO, picked up the certificate of occupancy, as well as the fire certificate for th

A very unprofessional service by Evon, one of their realtors. She helped us in our application to rent a house but she did not give us any warning about the due date. She did not tell us that we had less then 24 hours on a Saturday to complete the application. She rushed us to pay and give all our information and when we paid and submitted everything she told us that we were out of time and they already picked another person. Lack of communication and empathy from her part to a young couple just starting. A waste of money, energy and time.

I've know a good deal of real estate brokers/agents but this one is the best! Sold my house in 1 week.
