AHS Residential

I currently reside in an AHS community which is located at Coral Reef. Being a resident for a year and 3 months, have been great for me since day one. I had the pleasure of meeting a great women by the name of Tamika Smith. Tamika has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of AHS communities. When I first applied she walked me through every step, up until my move in date. (And I can still reach her if I have questions) I leave this review because its hard to find great people as her self whos willing to help. AHS is a great place to stay. I love my community, very peaceful and I am glad to call it home. Thank You

This is one of the worst property management companies I have encountered. My experience with the employees have been the most unpleasant customer service I’ve ever had. They don’t keep their word and they do things halfway/halftime. This company will leave you high and dry and have you figure things out on your own. Selfish. Biased. Cold. They will leave you hanging. And are not committed to anything but their pocket books.

First of all, the noise in this place is ridiculous. The walls and floor levels are paper thin. There has been nights where my fiancé and I can literally hear our neighbor snoring. Something I’ve never had to deal with at any other apartments I’ve lived at. Second, the parking situation is unbearable. There’s not enough parking spaces, especially if you want to have guests over. I’m a resident with 3 cars, (2 mine, 1 my fiancé’s) if you come home later than 7 any given day, all the visitor parking spaces are full, taken by other residents. The management’s answer to that is “park at the church down the street and walk over”- they tow cars like it’s there business! My truck was towed while it was parked in MY ASSIGNED SPACE! In the middle of my work day I had to run and get my truck out. T

Good, useful, beautiful buildings, helpful condominium staff. They have a great system for rent payment and in this same system you have access to information about your condominium, as well as you can open a service order to solve any problem.
