Agave Courtyard Apartments

This has been here forever! The doggy trash cans are OVERLY filled. The pool is something advertised and hasn’t been cleaned or used in forever . Tenants have been concerned about there water bills which have been as high as $160 for a 2bed. The complex takes forever to complete their work orders… etc.

The absolute worse experience we had maybe 1 good experience with maintenance and then we stopped seeing him moved in October 23 and the first night water filled the floor from bathrooms to kitchen then we had raw sewage coming up from shower area management did nothing you send service request and weeks months go by and try to get management to come physically view the unit so she could see the condition and that maintenance did not fix anything we eventually was moved to a different apartment got there and the courtyard is full of dog feces the smell is bad you didn’t even want to go outside your door. Due to the damages of the apartment with leak the insurance adjuster had to come out she tried calling no answer and hoping she could see the apartment we had to move out of. Then my husba

Agave Apartments are the worse place to live. They will find anyway to charge you more than what you are suppose to pay. if you are paying 925 for rent expect to be paying over 1100 every month! Cockroach’s are everywhere. Infested. Management doesn’t care about you, only looking to get money out of you. Everything in the apartment breaks and will never get fixed. Parking sucks. The office lady’s are very unprofessional and will tell you what you want to hear and never gets resolved. Shower/bath tubs will be painted over before you move in and will peel within a month of you living in the apartment. There is trash everywhere in the complex. They don’t clean anything up. And I don’t know why they have pictures of a gym when there is no gym in the complex. And the laundry room is always dirt

Make sure you thoroughly read each review. Mold. Roaches. Feces. Vacated apartments that have been turned into landfills. Although maintenance (Fernie) tries hard, it's challenging when there are so many problems in so many apartments and there's constantly changing of staff. * Despite it being 90 degrees in our house, they told us air conditioning wasn't their priority. * Over a year passed without a functioning tub. Despite repeated requests for parts, they either never showed up or there was a new maintenance person who used it before it reached us. * During our stay, we were without a dish washer most of the time. Our dishes melted when we did try, and they did not return after they came to see what the problem was. We moved out of our apartment with mold growing on our dish washer. *

Cockroach infested. Management ignores all requests a couple of months into the lease. Pool has been closed for literal years. Not that they will tell you about that. Mold will be painted over instead of professionally removed. Management is mostly rude and consists of "thats not my job" mentality. Wouldn't wish my worst enemy to move here. Not worth the price, sickness, or stress.
