At first everything with our home seemed great. However, during the building process, we came across a few issues that we had disagreements with the builder on. We had to argue with them to get certain features that we wanted in the home for medical reasons not just because we wanted them. There were some things like bumps in the floor that I had asked about and was told that it was just spackled don’t worry about it. I had noticed in the garage that the wall was bowed, and I said something and they dismissed me. It turns out that it was bowed, and it did have to be fixed. They did correct the mistake. I’m grateful for that. However, the bump in the floor was never addressed and it has been three years now we are taking up the carpet upstairs and having to fix one of the main beams in the

Probably the worst building in the state. They built a house next to mine and put dirt as the back yard of course it rained and washed into my yard now my entire back yard is destroyed… UPDATE… After a&g got my review and my email they called my phone and surprisingly my wife picked up the call. The man did get pretty nasty with my wife on the phone which is the biggest reason I didnt give them a five star after they fixed my yard and yes they did come back and fix my yard!!! I added pictures of after they sodded it. They also fixed the yard next to mine so we’ll see when it rains hard and find out what the side effects are. If you want someone to fix a review don’t be rude with their wife who’s holding a newborn baby in her arms. 🤷🏻

My husband and I had our first home built by A&G Residential in January 2020. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wells and Jamie and their whole team. I found out soon after we started the build process that I was pregnant with our second child. Their whole team was very understanding that now we were really under the gun with a timeline. They got us in our house four weeks before our son was born, just enough time to get settled and nest in preparation for our new bundle of joy. They even sent us congratulatory flowers after he was born, over a month after our closing! This past week, a year and a half after our closing, I had an emergency in the house while my husband is deployed. I did not know who to call at first and then thought of Wells. Absolutely Wonderful builders! We love our home. A&G wen above and beyond form day one to present. If we wanted it, they made it happen. If it wasn't right, they made it right. The personal care and professional conduct have set a new bar. Building and tailoring a new home can be stressful, but they made it a feel good experience. I highly recommend if your going to purchase a new home or build.

A&G builders has done an excellent job in fixing and repairing any concerns or issues with our home. Amanda, Paul and Jamie have met all of my needs.
