I recently had an issue with my dryer running but not heating. I submitted a maintenance request online, and APM had it resolved by the end of the next day. The repair person was courteous and professional, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Excellent service all around!

I am writing to express my high satisfaction with the speed and quality of service I received today. The maintenance ticket for my garbage disposal was assigned and addressed very promptly—the technician arrived and resolved the issue within two hours of the ticket being issued. Much appreciated. The technician accurately diagnosed the problem as being caused by heavily rusted blades, not a motor failure or food blockage. Thanks again to the maintenance gentleman, team, and managers. I’m a tenant. My story will explain how this company still manages to have a 3.8 rating. Today, I found an eviction notice posted on my door. When I called the office, they told me they would remove my $180 late fee for October if I gave them good reviews on Google and Yelp. I couldn’t understand how my AutoPay failed — and yet I was the one being punished. I wasn’t convinced that the AutoPay failure was my fault, so I refused to write an insincere review. After a lot of back and forth, they still charged me $100, claiming it was the fee for coming to my house to post the eviction notice.

My mom owns a rental property which has been managed by Affordable for a long period. They provide excellent service, always keep us informed of important issues on a timely basis. They are good at picking good tenants who pays the rents on time, keeps the house clean and tidy. Annual inspections are performed on a timely basis with numerous pictures showing clearly the condition of the house in every single corner. Monthly statements are issued on a timely basis. Year end statements and tax forms are always ready well before the tax deadline. What more could I ask for.

If there is 0 star , I will rate 0. The staff is the worst ever i have seen. I was appointed for a house tour but next morning I came from 35 miles and the lady doing time pass there said it already rented fuoff.
