Affinitee Pine Lake

I really had a great experience here, with both Candace and Terry. They were both very professional. They made my move-in process very easy. I wanted a patio apartment and they showed one to me and I liked it and that was the one that they gave me. Thank you so much for your help. My Service dog loves the yard. I’m just so happy to have the creek behind my property. I’ve been walking my dog for three years in Pine Lake, so I’m so happy now to be able to live here.

My mother has been without AC for the past 2 weeks and two days. I help my mother fill out a work form months ago for the vinyl floor and the toilet to get replaced. I went to the rent office and spoke to the supervisor and he mentioned he doesn’t see any work orders. Last week the fixed the toilet but never replaced the vinyl flooring for the bathroom and THE AC. If you plan on living here be prepared for things not to get fixed in it’s entirety.

I just finished my tour at Pine Lake. I am loving the neighborhood! This apartment is giving cozy, nature, and warming feels. The leasing team was super informative and very accommodating. In comparison to the other properties I visited this week in search of my new home.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I was moving from MD to GA and was frequently speaking with the leasing office before the move. I had done everything except sign the lease before I left for Pine Lake. I gave them the time I thought I would be arriving, but they knew it could vary since I was driving such a long way. So my father and I drove thirteen hours with all of my possessions (and my cat and dog) to Affinitee at Pine Lake. My drive took a little longer then I thought it would. I called the leasing office 12 times throughout my drive to notify them of a late arrival; no one answered or returned any call. I sent two emails, neither of which got a response. When I arrived, the leasing office was closed and empty, and I couldn't get a hold

If I could give zero stars I would we drive an entire hour for a tour when we get there looked nothing like picture waited an hour for a reply from anyone didn’t get one!! We had to ask a person staying there where the leasing office was.. come to find out it’s 10 min away at whole other complex!!! We get there they only had one worker!! Then she was super rude to us acting like we were not as an important bc we were trying to tour the other place she had said we had to wait we waited another hour and left!
