5 stars for Sean - Building Manager- who makes a point to get up at 4 a.m. and clean the sidewalk from heavy snow...and continues throughout the day to keep it that way. We were one of the few that had no issues with "slipping and sliding". Same for his focus on keeping the entire building immaculate - from Windex to vacuuming. Wonderful place to call home! Thank you Sean!

It saddens me to write this review. Pros: Nice community, off street parking, on site laundromat, on site superintendent. Prime location to downtown, and large rooms Cons: Management. Affiliate management tried to steal my security deposit. I lived here for 8+ years and was never late on the rent. They said I didn't give them enough notice prior to moving out which was not true. Good thing I had everything in writing. I eventually had to send a letter of demand to get my deposit back. It took 90 days after I moved out to get my money back. I was very disappointed by this because I really loved living here. Going to celebrate our 10th year anniversary at one of their properties. Very pleased. Edit: Been here since 2007, exceptionally happy. My husband and I love it here! The neighbors, the cozy village, our super super Bojan, the lovely grounds -- a fabulous place to live!

Have been living in Ridge Hill Commons since 2007. Very happy here. Boyon the super is marvelous (don't know how he does it), neighbors are the kind who wave "hi," peaceful, pretty, safe town, and fantastic complex.

Take it from a tenant who has been here for a long while: fantastic. It is not just that the complex is well-maintained with a responsive super who lives in the premises, but the apartments're close to everything. Library, post office, restaurants, CVS, bank, parks, clubs -- all in walking distance. Bus stop at the corner, there is even indie wrestling. Safety and friendliness. The complex and the community cannot be beat!
