Clay did our wind mit inspection just over 5 years ago and it was impeccable at the time. Now I needed a new one for insurance purposes. Plus a 4 point inspection including roof, water, electrical and plumbing. Frankly I wanted to know the facts about my house’s condition. Clay was thorough and professional. Stellar work.

Very displeased with an inspector of theirs named Clay. During a recent inspection he failed to return the heat back to A/C and therefore failed to realize that he had moved something on the A/C SSI and it kept the A/C unit from turning back on. The house was extremely warm as we'were inside packing for a future move.When he was contacted I was told to turn the unit off for 10 minutes then to turn it back on. That's when I discovered it was still in the heat mode. He also said he was back in Merritt Island. Resetting the thermostat numerous times I finally resorted to calling in my A/C people and they did an emergency call to see what the problem was.
