Melody, Steve and Tiffany were wonderful to work with. They were patient and kind as we contemplated which homes to purchase. Not only were they there through the whole process of buying the 2 homes we purchased through Golden Spike Realty 3 years ago but they still answer many questions for us and help us whenever we reach out to them They're not only our realtors but now our friends. They are awesome!

Steve sold our home and rental. He is awesome to work with and found us a home that truly met our needs. He did such a good job we had him sell my dad's home and property as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They don't take care of the tenants renting their properties and they don't respond to any issues. One of the many examples of their failures was Steve digging a trench across the driveway of the property I rented and leaving it for weeks, then partially filling it in. It didn't get filled in until my father-in-law and myself filled it in after my car got high centered and my neighbor's car bottomed out in it. The tub in the main bathroom of the house could not be shut off, the only way to stop it from running was to shut the main water to the house off, this issue was brought to their attention and didn't get fixed until I contacted someone myself to fix it. We moved out of the property at the end of February which was the end of our lease,
