My experience with this apartment has been excellent from day one. The place is comfortable and truly feels like home. I also want to highlight Gaby, who helped me throughout the entire process — from the initial tour to completing the lease. She was patient, Super kind and always available to answer any questions. I have been living in this apartment community for over six years, and overall it has been a good place to call home. I recently requested assistance with a deep cleaning of the AC and replacing the vents, and I truly appreciate the manager taking the time to listen and providing verbal approval. Her understanding and support mean a lot to me as a long-term resident. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to the service being completed soon.

Coming home after work after 5pm or coming home late on weekends, good luck finding parking! The office likes to send emails every couple of months on how we should only be allowed 2 plants per apartment, keep area clean on balcony,or they'll confiscate anything that doesn't belong there. Including your plants if you have more than two. I'm for keeping my living area clean, however I expect the maintenance of the building to be treated the same. Stairs are disgusting, full of bird shit etc. Pressure wash gets done once a year if any. Trash all over the grass, people leaving their dog shit in the grass. You want a good night's rest, especially on the weekday good luck with that. Especially if you live by the pool kids screaming their heads off and running around All day since they get hom
