Salina made my move in experience so seamless. She continuously checked on me weeks before I came because I was doing an out of state move and she was so helpful and considerate the whole time. I give her 10 stars, she’s the nicest agent I’ve ever met, I feel like she actually cares beyond me just being a tenant. She stayed a few minutes past closing due to me being late arriving in TX, she’s just really the best I can’t express my gratitude much more! My apartment was clean upon move in and everything has been perfect so far.

Elora, Mary, Andy, and Slaina have all been kind and patient through the whole leasing process. They've made everything easy and are always friendly when I stop by the office. I'm writing this because I read some of the negative reviews below, and honestly, it seems like angry residents who got caught breaking rules and don't want to take responsibility for their actions. Do your own research and actually visit the property—you'll see the office has consistency with their staff, low turnover, and they're organized and always happy to help. Elora has been the best community manager I've experienced in all my times leasing. She expects us residents to follow the rules so we can all enjoy this beautiful community together, and unfortunately some people get mad when they have to follow those r

From the day I viewed the community, it has been a pleasant experience. The leasing agent (Andy) imo, was great, personable, knowledgeable and seemed like he enjoyed the job. Since living here for the past 5 months, management has been top notch and cares about everyone and the community. I’d totally recommend it.

These apartments suck.. they are not luxury.. only the leasing office is made with high quality amenities… you can literally hear every neighbor close there doors to apartments, dogs poop always around the outdoor walk ways.. literally seen 5 pieces in one location like the tenants don’t care to pick up there own dogs poop.. it’s disgusting to see. Also they have a pest problem that needs to be solved always flying bugs everywhere in the walk ways when outside they get in your mouth and face it’s as simple as them spraying. There is possums and armadillos waking around over the fences like you can’t live here in peace at all. Last thing is the apartments are made low budget not worth the price should be under $900 a month the amenities are the only nice things.. they also don’t do a good j

Andy went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly seemed to care about helping me find the perfect home.
