Advenir at Banyan Lake

I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment with Peterson. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the visit. He answered all of my questions and even helped me with the technology aspects of the process, which made everything much easier. Peterson provided excellent customer service and made the tour smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a great leasing agent. He was patient, went over things that I could have just read on the web, and he was not frustrated but encouraged my questions. Loved my experience

I had moved to advenir at banyan lake from advenir at la costa in boynton beach fl about 5 months ago. It was a mess alot was messed up and how I was treated there was bad. So they finally gave me the option to transfer over to banyan lake after 6 months of hell after the initial issue. I moved into banyan lake in october 2025 and since then I have had a big issue I didn't know of till I was notified in January. I had notified the office twice about the issue and nothing was done. I also tried to email the regional manager I had talked to about the issues at lacosta starting Feb 23 and have heard nothing back from her either. Now the are trying to evict me for things that are not my fault. I am on section 8 and they have told me what to do and I also have a lawyer involved. I wanted to set

RATS!!!!! Spoke with the office THREE TIMES EVERY WEEK FOR HELP!! Moved in April, apartment was covered with Roach poop and mildew, maintenance just painted over it. Transferred to a new apartment in JUNE and it is MULTIPLE RATS! Management refuse to give me June rent back and said I am still responsible for the lease amount because I would not sign a NDA!! My kids had to stay with their dad for almost two weeks!!! Rats are in the walls running up and down! Management did not send pest control until OVER A WEEK after reporting the finding. Had to come up with funds for a new apartment AFTER ALREADY PAYING JUNE RENT. These people DO NOT have a conscious. THE COMMENT BELOW IS JUST FOR THE INTERNETGood luck to anyone moving there!!!!!!!!!!!

RUN! We lived here for a couple of years and This place is infested with MOLD and mildew. The mold is so bad you can smell it on your clothes when you step foot outside. I know a few people who developed health issues because the mold is so bad. They refuse to take care of the problem, and then will try to charge you an arm and a leg after you move out for things that were already present before moving in. The leasing staff is laughable, they NEVER answer the phones and they are unprofessional and RUDE, they do not care to help you and have no idea what they are doing half the time. These people are not to be trusted!!! They are corrupt and do not care about you as a tenant. The places are run down and OLD with poor maintenance. There is no privacy or peace at this property.
