She’s so fast, great with her tenants and their needs and also super kind in the process. I have NEVER had an issue with them! The following review is my personal opinion and I do not care for any feedback from the company. I rented a property in 2022 ,10 months later I was told that the property owners wanted to Sell the property and I had 60 days to move out. I wasn't even there a FULL year! I believe that I was lied to by Management, (when I asked questions I never received a straight answer )..fast forward, the property did not Sale after I was abruptly asked to move. A few months ago it was listed for Lease again and rented out. I was very irritated when finding this out. I was later told by a person that shall remain unnamed ( but worked for the company) that they wanted me out so that they could rent to someone they knew or possibly a family member. I literally said I was going to wait until the lease was completely done because this company would find ways to push you out. From the time I moved into this property it has been a nightmare, work orders would go in like clockwork and they would make it seem like they are working on and send people over who are just doing a quote with no follow up. Wanda is the rude and truly don't care about anyone, this company manages slums of landlords. I had mold in my home for 10 months that is just getting fixed because I called the owner of the property. This house has had severe water damage, the ceiling is falling apart in different areas of the house, a window that still isn't fixed, doors that have spaces in between so we have to look over our shoulders for spiders of all sizes and whatever cr
