We arrived and were warmly greeted by the office person. He showed us 2 models and gave us pricing. Then showed us other models on the computer with pricing. We were given all inclusive prices for all the models we were interested in as well as a color booklet along with his business card. We were also given the hint to wait for next years models as were are not in a hurry to build. Very upstanding young man. We did discover that the “free delivery” within 100 miles does not apply even though we would be building within that distance. There is Always a delivery/set up fee and it is not small. We have not yet built, so can only give a business review. Seems like a good company.

Hello all. I have never met anyone, or purchased anything from these retailers. However, after reading all the reviews, I feel as though I know the owner, Kirk, and various staff. From what I can tell, they are up front and honest about their products. They also seem to attempt to fix any and all issues in a timely manner. It seems as though a great portion of their reviews are based on personal vendettas and unhappy work staff, and should therefore be disregarded as to product viability. The fact is, the website is clear and concise, and the owners seem to respond to customers quickly and efficiently. We were nothing short of impressed with all of the staff at Advantage Homes! Cooper is a very professional young man. It was so refreshing to talk to people who are so knowledgeable about the manufactured home business without feeling pressured. I look forward to working with them!

I never leave reviews but I hope I can help somebody else by doing this. First we were dumb and didn't put in writing that they would replace a broken window on our home after he said over and over that it would be replaced as soon as the window he had supposedly already ordered "came in". It was never fixed by them even after talking to him about it. When we got the home, all of the pipes underneath were smashed from moving it possibly? They sent a crew out to have it "fixed" and the pipes still leaked. So we had an actual plumber out and it took him all of 30 seconds to figure out they literally didn't even hook up the sink at all when they fixed the master bathroom plumbing. It was just draining into nothing and the insulation under our bathroom is now a moldy disgusting mess. We have h

We have been trying to contact the owner of advantage homes since late August. They have not returned calls or hung up on us. They replaced roofing with different color shingles. Kitchen leaked. We have since had to replace all the plumbing in the kitchen, shower and bathroom sink. The Kitchen was all cut and never replaced. They were supposed to come back out and finish a few trim peices and finish a closet they never finished drywall and painting.
