While there has been a miscommunication or two over the years, advanced realty was very nice to rent through. They were timely with repairs and communication and addressed any concerns professionally. I will actually miss being a tenant with them as some property management companies are not as fair or easy to work with. Thank you!

I hate dealing with these types of companies. They are impossible to get repairs done threw them and the housing is ridiculously over priced. Will never go threw them to rent ever again. I waited months to get repairs done on my house. And when I moved out all the repairs still hadn't been done on the house I lived in. I waited almost a year to have done. Its just cheaper to get new tenants than to make repairs on the house. And when it was a preexisting problem I had to come out of pocket for some repairs even when it was noted on my move in sheet. Don't use this company you'll regret renting through them. I'll be taking them to court over issues I had with them. If I could give negative 5 stars that is what I would leave them 👎👎the house was not properly cleaned either when I moved in. T

This company is the property management of our HOA for one year now and they haven’t done much of anything. Except collecting the monthly dues and paying themselves. They treat owners living in the community like renters and renters like owners. We have to abide by the CC&R’s but renters don’t. When we call their office with things that need to be done they ignore it. For example someone had left a mattress and a couch by the dumpster and after months it’s still there. We suggested that they put a camera to find out who does that and they haven’t responded to anything about it. That is another problem they have, they don’t answer emails, whatever we tell them goes un-responded to. I asked to see their contract with our association to be able to see for what kind of services we are paying

I'd give them 4.5 out of 5... Overall real solid company to rent from. They were helpful as I moved in from out of state and again when I moved back out of state, and throughout my time renting from them were responsive to anything that came up. I did feel slighted when I got my deposit back, but ultimately disputed and found some sort of resolution without much fuss such that both parties could move on. Definitely could do a lot worse than renting from these guys.

I would 100% NOT ever recommending to have this group be rental manager or any property. I think even if I had a box to rent, I still wouldn’t let them manage it. They are rude and unprofessional. They rent out property to friends (who have bad backgrounds like debt collections and evictions) and let them not follow rental agreements (I.e no dogs allowed no matter “ESA” animals). We asked for the ESA document from the company which we are entitled to per division of real estate and had to fight tooth and nail to get it. Not be mention our tenants were notified months prior to be out by the company. Come the last day they were supposed to be out, they still weren’t out. When I told the company, they said the tenants were “power washing the driveway”, all cleaning needs to be done by the la
