5 stars plus! Better than any home inspection I have paid for in the past. He provided a detailed book with important facts for me. Gave me insight into what I was buying per the state laws and regulations, and explained everything exactly to me so I was not unaware by the terms in the inspection report. He made me feel as though he was not pushing me through to the closing table with my agent to find a mess later, which made me feel as though he was working for the house and me, the buyer versus trying to get me to buy the house and ignoring items. Forest took 4 hours looking over everything taking his time, going over an extensive list and I had the report then that day before I left. He printed on the spot! I even had popcorn made in the microwave. Who does this? He does. Awesome. Worth
