Joel was amazing. He showed up a little early and jumped right on the roof. He was very nice and made sure to point out everything he noticed even if it wasn’t apart of the inspection. He took lots of pictures and gave us lots advice regarding making fixes to the little things as well as how to shop around for quotes on the larger issues. He seemed to really take his time and was super thorough. We picked Advanced Inspections because they had really good reviews and we would definitely us them again.
