I had a lovely stay at one of Ellen's charming apartments. She was a gracious host, very accommodating and full of interesting local info and recommendations of things to do in the area. The apartment was very homey...rustic but very tidy and well appointed with cookware, a nice dining table, comfortable living room area and separate bedroom. The fresh baked muffins were a special treat! Would absolutely stay again if I pass through the quaint town of Silver City.
A charming, completely stocked adobe apartment. Close to the university. Ellen has made wonderful, useful touches throughout the rooms. She also is a gold-mine of information! We loved our stay here thanks to her.
Stayed here based on other reviews. Big mistake. The unit was run down, there were huge pieces of plaster missing around the front door, the toilet did not flush, it was dirty, run down and the bed was on the ground, not on a frame. Would not recommend staying here, ever.
Ellen is a wonderful host. Great place for a getaway weekend!
A very pleasant place a short walk from downtown. We're really glad we stayed.
