My daughter & i had to make a sudden move due to a family member passing. The staff was great. Very friendly & helpful. Went out of her way to make the move as quick & easy as possible. Our apartment is very clean & up to date. Spacious & the neighbors are friendly. We have no problems. Very greatful to have settled in & made a home here!

My wife and I rented from this place a few years back. Rent was always on time and we didn't make a lot of noise either. Didn't matter though, they were still very rude and unprofessional. The place had a terrible roach problem and the wheel was stolen off of my car. We couldn't stand it anymore , so we moved and just paid for two places for a while. I'm happy to say we are now home owners and are glad we got out when we did.

DO NOT MOVE HERE under any circumstance. Lived here from 2015-2016, longest year of my life. I think it’s important to point out that the only positive reviews are rated by staff or people who have visited the apartment but have never leased. Multiple negative reviews have been removed from Google. False advertising, the photo they used is not the apartment complex. Negatives: multiple shootings, domestic violence, loud neighbors, multiple break in with vehicles, car involved with hit and run, disgusting laundry room, trash throughout complex, no parking, neighbors smoke in building, roaches, spiders, bed bugs, pit bull breeding, not safe for children, grown men having sex in hallway, gang activity, loud cars and music throughout night, mold, not being notified when utilities were turned o

Please DO NOT move here. Moved here despite reviews because it was close to base and and needed a place quick. We've had a problem with roaches since we moved in almost a year ago, the plumbing is horrible, Constantly have issues with toilet overflowing or not flushing. Maintance just says it's a issue with the area before the apartment was built. Water pressure is always low. Maintance always has an attitude when they have to fix anything. Takes them forever to come. The manager is very unprofessional and could care less about any issues you have with the apartment. No respect for military personnel!!! Neighbors upstairs have over 5 kids and 2 parents in their apartment constantly noise. When I complained about noise management just told me to call police after I already had done that. C

The Apartment complex was okay. I didn't receive my $500 deposit back after moving out , even when I had MILITARY ORDERS and still had to pay something in order to move out. They gave me a hard time to receive a military discount and would not give me my money back from paying full rent when I stated that I was ACTIVE MILITARY ALONG WITH ORDERS. I feel as if they were something wrong with this system. No respect for the military personnel.The exercise room only have two old machines which shares the space with the laundry room. I always heard my neighbors above me and had a problem with people parking within my assigned parking spot. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here ESPECIALLY MILITARY PERSONNEL.
