Maintenance Otis and Tom went above and beyond duty when fixing floor under sink. Took time to remove wet debris and water clean debris up cut new floor board under sink was pleasant made sure no drip under sink. Will send finished product picture. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Not a tenant, but visit a friend who is and the conditions are sad. Nothing gets fixed, there’s a bug infestation (roaches, ants, whatever else) and they’ve been there over a year. The doors to some of the buildings also don’t shut which is a safety concern. Please care for and respect your tenants, while actively making an effort improve their living conditions. People who pay rent monthly should not have to live in discomfort.

Loved how close we are to the water but the outside of the building are beautiful. The environment when you walk into the office just makes you feel like you are home already. If you have any questions definitely ask for shamane, she will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Been living here for almost 2 years, Everytime I have a problem with anything in the apt, that one maintenance guy (the big guy) always come to handle it. Bless up to him👍🏼

Don’t do it.Just moved in no bugs or anything but fridge wasn’t working took 2 attempts to fix and nothing, then get finally replacement fridge that’s completely INFESTED so they can definitely have it back… Honestly over it I don’t even have words. Emergency maintenance just RUDE and giving me no options that will resolve the issue!
