Renaldo responded to my service request quickly. He replaced my faucet and snaked the tub. He was very professional and courteous. He also cleaned up behind himself. I am very happy with the level of service I received.

We had an issue with the power being out in the kitchen and no hot water in the unit, which was extremely frustrating—especially after hours. Renaldo came out promptly and handled everything with professionalism, urgency, and a great attitude. He took the time to make sure the issues were properly addressed and didn’t leave until everything was resolved. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and dedicated outside of normal business hours. His willingness to go above and beyond truly made a stressful situation so much easier. THEY DON’T GET NO STARS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX and let me explain! So starting from the tour (they will play nice when you are applying but some will show their true color), so while touring the apartment it looked like it was ready, but it wasn’t, under the bathroom sink the wall was broken and still is as we speak the tube looked like it was just washed out instead of being REPAIRED! I been here since 2023 and once we moved in everything started not working, the ac units in this complex has the be ancient they all look old as hell and every time the season changes the unit just magically stop working and this been going on since we moved in! When the summer comes around there is no air to keep cool then the winter comes around there is no heat to k

I just moved in the rental office was very nice. Everyone in the office is very nice. I have 2 things I would like done. I haven't finished the walk through yet to write app the papers to what needs to be done one thing I would like, I'm going to call the rent office. I want the washing machine and dryer to be removed from the apartment I don't use them so that would be a great help. So far , I have no complaints until I finish the walk through, but I have no complaints right now.Seems to be clean around the area.If the trash dumpster area stays clean, that would be lovely and so far.So good, I'm getting answers to whatever I need.That's about it god bless

Lonnie was super helpful! Any questions I had she answered fully and quickly. Had my walkthrough, lease signed and out the office in under 2 hours. Definitely go to see her if you need anything
