Aden Park Apartments

I just moved in Monday December 1 2025 the apartment was never finished hole in wall in bathroom bye shower they literally have tape on my shower and sink in my bathroom mind me me or my kids haven’t been able to use it I been to rent office complained more so they just ignoring my maintenance request which it should never Had to be a maintenance request when just moving in doors dented up don’t want lock or u lock everybody drag they feet. Don’t move here or if you having issue let’s not forget tentants you so have rights put them to use

This Review is primarily for Maintenance I have been here since 2010 and have seen a lot of different staff come and go, some good some some bad and definitely never Enough. I can say with the utmost certainty that I am pleased with Archer. He shows true professionalism, he is clean, he explains the job and the next steps. I do not want to here well I don't know and the office has to say this or that. I want clear communication and he does that. Keep up the GOOD WORK I LIKE IT and Thank you Very Much! 418!

I lived at Aden for a year and recently moved because my job relocated me. I liked the town house I was in and would rent from them again. I had a to call maintenance a couple of times and they sent over a young man named Shomari who was very informative about the work that needed to be done and had it fixed In no time.

4 stars for the complex in general. 5 stars for Archer, is absolutely amazing. He is professional, but warm and courteous. He makes sure he fully understands my problem and fixes it quickly! He has never left anything unfinished or unexplained.
