Adela at MiMo Bay

Well-managed building with a good overall living experience The Adela is a clean, well-kept, and professionally managed apartment building. The team here does a great job maintaining the common areas and keeping everything running smoothly. Like most buildings that are fully tenant-occupied, you do get the occasional hiccups—some noise here and there or the typical apartment-living quirks. But overall, it’s been a positive experience and a solid place to live in Miami.

Mimo is Gem of Miami. The classic art deco old fashion neighbor with authentic restaurant around and new places pop in up. There is this great community, where you will be getting the peace of the bay right next to Miami main areas, midtown - wynwood - design district. If you were looking for a place a will recommend you to check it out. Extra: you will get an organic market at the public park next to you!

I would especially like to thank the Assistant Property Manager, Tevon Hyman, who was an outstanding guide throughout the entire process. He was professional, attentive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I also want to thank the property manager, the front desk team, and the entire staff for their support and kindness. They truly made my move in experience so much easier. I highly recommend this propertyI couldn’t be happier!

Moved in 8 months ago and I wanted to love it. For what I’m charged every month for the privilege of living here I should be thrilled to live here. Don’t let the look of the place fool you. On the outside it’s beautiful but the way it’s managed and how they communicate to residents is far from it . Areas of concern:: 1) The front desk looks great. Would be nicer if someone worked there all day and evening. It’s unmanned most of the day, and can cause deliveries and packages to be delayed, lost or be marked undeliverable because the front door is locked and a visitor or unknowing person just walks away without trying the intercom system. . 2) maintenance. My dishwasher wasn’t working at all so I submitted a repair request. . It took almost 3 weeks to install a replacement. I was told a

I recently renewed my contract for another year at Adela, and I did so because everyone who works there makes the building the best place to live in Miami. Thank you so much to the entire team Victoria, Tevon, Jorge, and Julio for maintaining Adela and making it a comfortable and peaceful home to live in. Special mention goes to the manager Sheyla who is always attentive to every detail thanks to their work and help at all times i decided to renew my contract.
