Their motto should be, "Show me the money!" We were not happy with this company. They were good to work with until we questioned certain procedures, terms, documents. We felt like they were just trying to push the sale, not on our side at all. We won't mention names, but no follow-up or response thereafter. We had to waste more money and time on a real estate attorney that they suggested we hire. We don't recommend.

Donna Lacey helped us purchase our dream home in Lambertville. She was fantastic. She guided us through the whole process, and helped us negotiate an excellent price for the house. Donna was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and I’m confident that we would not have gotten to closing without her expertise. Out of ten stars, I would give her an 11!

Our expectations were exceeded by Nick Essor and Sharon Smith. Our house sold quickly with five offers over asking price. Throughout the entire process they were always responsive to any questions or concerns. Our home was professionally marketed and effectively promoted. We highly recommend Addison Wolfe!

Perhaps the most disappointing part of our recent home buying experience was Addison Wolfe. They are your best friends until you close, but if a problem is discovered post-sale, even if they are responsible for the problem, they will turn the other way. Once they have your money they are gone. The congeniality, the caring, is as phony as their name. JM
