Addison Square Apartments

Addison Square is an amazing apartment community! The management team is outstanding, especially Alex and Marissa. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and always responsive. The maintenance team is always available and quick to help whenever anything is needed. The leasing agents are friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with. The entire staff truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend Addison Square!

Went by to tour Addison Square Apartments today. I was so impressed with all of the amazing amenities they offer. Everything is brand new and top of the line. From business centers, fitness centers, kickboxing gym, virtual golf, a bowling alley, movie theater and basketball court. Those are just some of the things they offer. Along with great deals and beautiful apartments. Perfect location close shopping, restaurants, schools and close enough to 95 to go anywhere you need to go. We both loved the property. The amenities are vast, apartments well appointed, and common areas so well maintained. We very felt welcomed by Alexandra and appreciated her expertise and warm personality. Addison is definitely high on our list of second homes. Thanks again!

The experience was nice and definitely state of the art amenities. The 1 bedroom unit was very modern. 2 drawbacks - First floor units do not have a walk out from patio which is a must if you have a pet. Secondly there is no grass within the community for dogs. It does not appear to be very pet friendly. If you don't have a pet it is excellent.

My Fiancé and I just moved into these apartments and are very happy and satisfied with the process thus far. TJ and Daniel have been very responsive and friendly with fixing the little problems we did have. Overall staff and maintenance is great, and I highly recommend this place.
