Buyer beware!!! These People will sell you the world for your dream home until the process begins. Four months into construction of our new home the problems started: 1.I would ask for price quotes on upgrades and they would give me the run around 2. They never showed us what our credits or allowances were for upgrades 3. We gave them specs on all our kitchen appliances before the lumber was even delivered for the house and they still managed to mess up the whole kitchen 4. We kept having to come and check on the house because they kept making mistakes on things that we had asked for and went over before the final plan was printed 5. Our kitchen cabinets were chipped and damaged before we even closed on the home and their solution or fix was adding "skins" which 2 months into me living in
