Adamson Apartments

Awful place to live and worse management. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the neighbors do. In unit laundry goes out constantly and takes MONTHS for someone to fix it only for it to still not work. Someone is squatting/ selling drugs out of the first floor, and management has failed to take action for the better part of a year. Half the homeless population of Denver has the code to the building because of this and has been witnessed stealing tenant packages time and time again. People are yelling outside day & night and calling the police. Management refuses to increase security by any measure and will not provide solution for the maintenance issues. If I could give negative five stars to both the building and Urban Phenix I would. Could not recommend less.

The worst place I have ever lived. People broke in daily and stole things, there was a business running on the roof that brought a stream of strangers in daily, the "secure residence" is a joke. Residents had screaming matches, the police were here weekly, the walls were paper-thin, you could hear your upstairs neighbor peeing. Management consistently ignored every issue. They wouldn't even pretend to address it, just didn't respond. It is unsafe, please do yourself a favor and find another place.
