Adams Park Apartments

I had a fantastic experience applying for and moving in with Adams Park. Ebony was my point of contact for the application process and I was more than impressed with her profession pleasantness. Ebony was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She called me back in less than 24 hours after applying, was so pleasant to work with, and made everything incredibly smooth!

Ms Ebony Townsend, a great lady. Very knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer all my questions and she kept her cool I spite of all the traffic in the office, it was just a great experience. Thanks Ebony for your time and your willingness to help I really appreciate it.

Cannot say anything about the reality of living in/leasing from Adams park. What I can say is that the initial application process and tour has been stress free. Ebony has been extraordinarily helpful. She addressed problems before I even had to ask questions, and seems committed to making sure I am properly informed prior to signing a lease. I intend to rent here, and, if you’re looking, you should consider it, too.

All apartment basements flood during heavy rain or when snow melts. Management only informs tenants about this issue after the lease or contract is nearly finalized. They never fix the problem and instead claim that flooding is “normal” during rain. This is a very bad experience, especially since many people choose these apartments specifically because of the basement.

Please reconsider renting from here. My sister lives there but we are in the process of looking for another apt for her. With what I’ve witnessed there in my opinion is shameful and they don’t care about the safety of tenants in my opinion. Recently, I was visiting and noticed that the bricks in the front was shaking because the employees was trying to replace the door and the structure in the doorway to the building. I asked one staff by the name of Angel if they knew what they was doing ? because that was scary. I asked if they had a permit at least the city of Albany can look it over. He said,” permit what? No.” Me don’t know. I don’t even think he knew good English. We decided to contact the Code enforcement to find out. From what Ive seen now I guess they didn’t. Which is shamefu
