Adams homes is wonderful! My agent & superintendent were so easy to work with and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. Adams Homes was reasonably priced and made our first home purchase a piece of cake!

Adams homes made the buying process so easy. The team was great to work with they walked me through the process from start to finish. It was an amazing experience, I highly recommend them and our home is beautiful.

Adam’s has been less than pleasant to deal with. They tout their 1 year “total” warranty, but our claim (shower pan cracked a week into move-in) has been 2 weeks of wait only to find out their contractor is 4 weeks behind. 6 weeks before they will even come out to tell us anything. Coordinator is saying it can be patched. LESS THAN A WEEK we are in the home and Adams will not offer replacement for their work. If the patch fails a year later we are on the hook. The neighbors who moved in a month before us have shared similar experiences. More examples of their shortcomings can be provided. Adams customer service is lacking and you get what you get. Just our experience so far, wanted others to know what they should expect.

Terrible builder. Morals and ethics are shoved to the side the higher you go up the ladder. They canceled our contract on closing day even after closing day being moved twice. There were questionable foundation issues that they didn't want to address or get documentation to explain and came to the conclusion that I was too demanding.

Korie was great and easy to work with. Fast closing in under a month, best builder this far!
