So frustrated and disappointed at the poor workmanship of Adam’s homes. As soon as I hooked my washing machine up and washed the first load, the toilet overflowed and flooded the downstairs because of builder debris clogging the lines. NOT what I needed buying a new home and moving while working full time hours. Hard earned money spent on sorry craftsmanship. Every day I find more issues. The fans are installed with main pole crooked and I had to take the globes off because the chains were tangled inside and couldn’t be controlled. How can they be so lazy that they cannot install a fan properly. The back doorknob was not screwed in securely. I’m scared to see all the other issues I will find.. I have only been in the home a week. I am so disappointed and feel like I made a huge mistake.

Bought a new home in Allison Acres and closed on December 20,2024. My tenants moved in last Saturday and on Sunday morning they called me to say the plumbing was backing up in the tubs and toilets. I called Jackson Mobley the manager/sales agent along with Jimmy the Superintendent and left voice messages for help/assistance and as of Tuesday this week they never returned my call. I had to call my buyers agent from my current s/d for advice and she got right on it. Within hours I had a plumber on the scene. Again as another homeowner stated the poor construction of the sewer pipe was filled with sand and mud blocking the flow. After 2 days of work it is now flowing and thankful for the workers who completed this before the snow storm. Still super disappointed with Jackson & Jimmy from Adams

Bought a new build in ridgeway landing and the first months the dishwasher doesn’t work. Can’t get anyone to service it. The eaves of the home was falling out- nails sticking out everywhere. LVP is squishy in several places because they didn’t properly install. The master shower and bath have cracks in it and they haven’t sent anyone to repair. The concrete on the drive way and back patio are already cracked with a chunk missing. We closed in December. Moved in less than a month ago. They warranty number they provide are useless and rude. Will update with photos. Save your money and spend your hundreds of thousands of dollars elsewhere. Might as well be a Dr Horton build.

Adam built my home in 2022 and I have had electrical problems to the point where I had to hire a good electrical company to correct the issues, also the water heater tank water supply line was leaking due a fitting not tight enough, again I hire a good plumber to correct that problem, Adam plumber does bad work.. it’s all about profit and not quality work.

Poor customer service. I live in the Belmont Downs subdivision and have been experiencing a horrendous amount of door to door sales people stalking our neighborhood. Upon speaking to my HOA, they informed me Adams Homes is currently in charge of our Board since the neighborhood is still under construction, I reached out to Adams Homes to ask them if they could please put a "No Soliciting" sign in the entrance of our neighborhood, but was told that wasnt an option or something they could do. Great customer service Adams, good to know you all care about the neighborhoods and home owners safety.
