Really bad customer service here the build my house and after new year the concrete under the floor is cracked on my kitchen and my master bathroom,so when you call them they do nothing to fix that

Well let me tell you if I was you I would run away from this company we purchased a house a brand new house mind you when I want to do the inspection for the house the guy was rushing me didn’t even let me finish inspect everything come to closing with the closing a week after closing I noticed that the shower almost crack open and I called those people they say they were going to send somebody I file the claim I called them a take them two months to get back to me They lied to me and say that they call me I said that there were no issue with the bathroom. Finally they sent someone to the house he look at the thing he’s like oh yeah a cracked in multiple place I did the closing in May we are in November and I still haven’t heard anything from those people in the material they use in this

Well let me tell you Runn away from this place I bought a new house on September 28 I was told to sign some paper because there were some problems with house they promises to come after closing to fix the problem after closing well we are in January 2021 I never hear from them till now . The brand new house have mold and a ton of problems. So runn runn to don’t try to call the office because they will lie to u Signed margo

Great Builder, the square feet in these homes are larger than most. The customer service is excellent.

To day was my first experience very nice but rooms need to be a little more bigger
