Eh. just don't lease from these people. 1. Power tripping. I'm in corp America now and my experience with T was distinct enough for me to revisit this. the rest of this is from my experience 2. Mold. 3. Caulk literally disintegrated on the "new renovations" that large cockroaches love to climb out of to greet you. 4. Maintenence cuts corners 5. In general they are quite angry, unhappy people 6. I have yet to see Tracy approach an issue with a positive attitude. Asking if I could temporarily replace lights to be LEDs had her threatening various consequences. 7. I paid 300 dollars because a microwave handle broke. 8. I took the lease to the UNT legal office. We’ve had a fantastic experience with our landlord. They are incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. Communication has been smooth and professional from the beginning. Repairs and maintenance are taken care of promptly and thoroughly, which has made living here stress-free and enjoyable. I have been renting with this company since March. I have been dealing with property manager, Tracy. She has been amazing! Maintenance requests have been handled quickly. Property has been kept up very nicely. So far it has been a great experience.
