Extremely disappointed - so many things missed. Plumbing leaks with mold under sink and sub-flooring, window insulation in bad shape, windows can barely be opened, screens fell out of windows, dryer exhaust was not hooked up hence all lint went into the crawl space - big fire hazzard, AC was not secured into crawl space properly so I am air conditioning my crawl space until I get a new HVAC system. Sub-floor in Hallway, Laundry Room and Guest Bathroom all grossly unlevel, sump pumps were not replaced they way they were asked to be in initial report - which means that after I paid another $150.00 for a reinspection - most likely he never came to do the reinspect. I should have got this house for much less than what I paid - if I only would have gotten what I paid $600.00 for...

George was very professional, thorough and straight forward. No water damage was present, but he insisted that we have the house drilled and tested for moisture behind the drivet material. We walked away from the deal and later learned that the house will eventually have to be torn down and rebuilt. When we do find our next house, he's the only one we will call.
