I lived at 118 Center St. from 2024-2025 with two other roommates. Our landlord, Geoff, did an amazing job renovating the house before we moved in. He upgraded the kitchen, build us a back deck, and installed central AC and heating. I really enjoyed living there, and Geoff was always very helpful whenever we needed something fixed. Overall, you get great value for your money, especially compared to other student rental places in Frostburg.

I lived in 206 Center st. when I was attending Frostburg from 2015-2018 with 4 roommates and had a great experience. You cant beat the location right across from campus. Geoff (the landlord) was easy to get a hold of when we needed him, maintenance requests were addressed quickly and the yard was well kept. Moving in and out was easy since the place came fully furnished. Geoff was personable, reasonable, and easier to work with than most of the property managers I've dealt with since! I definitely recommend checking his places out if you're looking to move off campus.

The landlord, Geoff, was very easy to communicate with and property rent was reasonably priced. Any issues with the property were handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend renting with Act Associates.

My daughter and two other roommates lived at 110 S Broadway for 2 years and had an amazing experience. Geoff the owner was very responsive and accommodating.
