John is by far the best inspector we could have hoped for at an extremely reasonable price. He spent well over 5 hours going through the house checking every nook and cranny. He was able to answer any questions we had and even answered questions about the house days later. You should not look any further for an inspector!

John inspected our home when we moved in 5 years ago. Because of his findings, we were able to have the seller correct dangerous issues (ie water leaking into main electrical panel) As well as some smaller general issues we brought to the table with the seller. Would highly recommend.
