Everyone says this about their landlords, however listen to me, DO NOT rent from them! I had to go to the police in regards to the management (who admitted to breaking my lease), entering my unit repeatedly without notice; ultimately, it led to property damage of my unit’s walls. This is after their failure to address the rat & roach issues at their 1115 Spruce St location. They said it’s a part of city living to have them. They also tried charging me an extra month after my lease ended, as well as applying late fees on their failed attempt on my portal. This is a horrible real estate management, through & through; but if you want to endure horrible treatment for the sake of taking them to tenant landlord court, this is the best place to rent I guess. Best rental experience ever! They've changed all the employees, and I absolutely love their new employee, Heather. She responds to inquiries the fastest and even provides free cold water during tours. Super helpful and supportive! Maintenance guy Elias fixes everything with ease and speed. Mr. Tao also patiently replies to all questions. Highly recommend!

Living here was a huge disappointment. The management was unresponsive and unprofessional, making it hard to resolve any issues. Packages were frequently stolen, and the noise levels were ridiculous. For the amount of rent charged, the experience was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and safe home. You can find much better options elsewhere.

I tried to get in contact to view and lease one of their units, and they are nearly impossible to get in contact with. I called their office, left voicemails, emailed, and messaged them on Zillow just to have them ghost me on the day of the actual tour. Not sure how this helps them rent their properties. Other companies in the area are far more communicative, especially in the leasing process. If the leasing process is representative of their company as a whole, I would not feel comfortable leasing with them.

Ying is the best!! Super helpful with the move in process and responded to all requests in a timely manner! Excited for the new apartment. Seems like there has been a change in employment since previous reviews years ago.
