I'm not sure about realty and home selling but for condominium management.... dead cars trashy dumpster area no financial print outs/statements and no home owners association meetings which I think both are breaking Washington state law. 👎🚧🚦🚨🛑

Our HOA had a horrible experience with Acorn. When we first contracted with them 4 or 5 years ago, they did pretty well. Kris was our assigned agent. When owner Terri took over our account it all went south. Requested documents, including copy of our contract with them, we're requested multiple times over more than a year and never received them. Sometimes no response to questions and need for help for months at a time. Maintence issues were delayed for months and homeowners never invoiced for work done an yet HOA paid invoice. Dues overdue for many months we're never followed up with or pursued. Agree with certain unethical behavior and untruthfulness as well. As board member I received complaints from our vendors with same concerns. VERY bad experience. We have a new management company w

this is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. all Terry has is excuses for why she doesn't do what she should do. she doesn't call back doesn't take care of the tenants all she's interested in is her money that she receives each week. she is definitely right there to collect that money but not to do anything else if I could give them a lower rating I would. The next step I'm going to do with them they won't return the tenants deposit let alone a phone call. if this is how you want to be treated this is your company

These guys have been quick to respond with any of my maintenance requests. They have an eye of working overtime for the property owners, but are also able to make time and extra effort to help the renters... Or at least that has been my experience. One of their brokers Terri has gone the extra mile to help my family and I get into a unit or to help with other things with our rental. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for decent affordable rentals or for any owners looking for a property management group these guys are the best I have ever rented from.
