Ace Rental Management

This company does an exceptional job. In a world where most can’t follow instructions, or rules, & have no patience or appreciation for services provided, Ace does what they say they will do. I’ve had nothing, but great experiences with them anytime we have worked together/used them & friends who have rented from them have had wonderful experiences also Living in many of their units as their trusted property managers over the years.

To many people get on here with negative experiences who only give partial sides of things. Everywhere you go and rent its known the deposit you put is almost never returned. Another key point is people forget what all is worded in there lease agreements on maintenance and when they can come bye to do said work and what takes presidency over other issues. The home owners ultimately play the deciding factor in on how there properties are handled outside the scope of whats lawfully required... Secondly much more important is people leave out the fact that when money is tight or they get behind on rent that this company will go over and beyond to help you get back on the even standings. I am giving this company a bad rating because they canceled my house tour three times, always one hour before the appointment. This is irresponsible and unprofessional. They also requested sensitive personal information through their app, which is concerning. This company is not reliable and may be a scam.

These people don’t care about fixing anything they just want they rent and that’s it Thank God I had the funds to get away from this hell hole I wouldn’t recommend anyone renting from them…they just patched up this house to make it look good and when things start breaking they want you to pay for it…after talking with Amy she stated that the form I filled out before moving in isn’t valid because she can’t read it remind you I sent this form by email to Susan Norton 8/20 so basically she’s saying I have to pay for a broken window, fan in bathroom, and she saying I didn’t move out on the 31st so they charged me $1100 extra this is ridiculous they most definitely need a new manager someone that’s not out here scamming people for money…oh and by the way this how my backyard looked until I move

I have enjoyed renting through Ace Rental Management. The maintenance department is super helpful. The Amy in maintenance went above and beyond to help me out on the weekend (her time off) and got my issue resolved.
