We just sold my parents home, Herb was there to assist with all the details and property issues. He explained everything to my mom so that she did not have any stress over the sale. Herb handled the settlement himself, so that mom did not have to go. We had no issues and settlement went very smoothly. We were very happy with the service.

My experience with Herb and his son Phil who run/own this property mgt co has been a frustrating one. From start to finish the way they handle business is with a mostly condescending attitude.Or maybe they just don’t respect females . Either way when dealing with them the power tripping was palpable. I tried not to interact with them because Herb would push you off to his son Phil . Phil really couldn’t care what you have to say or be bothered with you. Read the fine print of your lease .They will take a huge part of your security deposit to have it “ professionally” cleaned and the carpets done at the cost to you. You won’t have a say in price and money is no object when they’re spending your money. They’re friends with the cleaners they use and they will do things like recaulk the tu
