We hired Richard to conduct our Home Inspection. Thanks to his thorough inspection we decided not to purchase the first home we had put an offer in for. Rich was very meticulous, taking his time to really look at and scrutinize various aspects and mechanics of the home and pointed out many things in that house which would have ended up costing thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement.
