Accurate Home Inspections LLC

Used Tim for a home inspection last month. He was absolutely fabulous... meticulous and efficient, plus has a wonderful manner, making what could have been a stressful process, actually enjoyable. He carefully answered all the questions I peppered him with and I was very pleased with all the onsite knowledge I gained during the inspection. His written report was well organized, comprehensive and contained photos marked up with all the problem spots. Plus, I received it the very day after the inspection was completed. Since Tim was a builder himself in a past life, he really had a great understanding of how the house was put together, the changes that had been made and what problems were minor and which were more serious. I would highly recommend his services!
