This is, without question, the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with — and I’ve been in property management for over 20 years, so I know the ins and outs of how this industry is supposed to operate. 1. No Financial Transparency In a condo association, monthly financials are a basic requirement, yet Acclaim Management does provide them. This is a massive red flag — it raises serious concerns about potential mismanagement or even misuse of funds. They also fail to provide current account balances, leaving owners completely in the dark about the association’s finances. 2. I wouldn’t recommend this Management group to my enemy! Linda Silverman is a top tier finesse and never takes accountability for her mistakes. She gaslights and straight up lies— and when you prove her wrong through the written you’ve communication sent, she then apologizes for the delay. It takes a minimum of 3 or 4 reminders for them (her and her assistant Leisha) to get anything done. In 2022, when work needed to be completed on my home they were giving excuses about supply chain issues from 2020. My ceiling in my garage has been patched a minimum of three times due to heavy rain from my upstairs neighbor’s porch and the same people who did the work they claimed were licensed and insured but each time they had to come back it took weeks. Absolutely terrible business. Deserve 0 stars. They dont respond to emails or requests to fix issues. They collect checks every month for HOA but fix no issues. If something goes wrong, they send you the check for repairs even though they collect dues each month. I cant wait to move out.

Total incompetence in their billing department. They (again and again) fail to bill us for annual HOA fees and don't notify us until 10 months later, so they can deliver a ~$200 bill for fees. No resolution from them, even when we mail a check, they fail to cash it and simply tack on more fees. It's a joke and I recommend paying all invoices from them in person and getting a receipt. It's what we'll be doing henceforth.

They shouldn't even get 1 star. They are absolutely awful. No response to emails,. There's always an excuse as to why they did not respond. We can't get them to send us our HOA financial statements or proof of funds.
