Access Realty may be good or bad . But never do business with Hardin Phillips He's an absolute total crooked liar! I did business with him once and lost money on my property! He told me at least 7 times I could keep my sign and remove it from the property at closing. Then Hardin Phillips, the total liar kept my 6 thousand dollar sign! Avoid Hardin Phillips! He's a total liar! He should have never been allowed to have any real estate license! Avoid Hardin Phillips like the plague! He's a total liar! Plus no concept of the definition of integrity! AVOID HARDIN PHILLIPS! HE'S A TOTAL LIAR!
This is a very honest and dependable Real Estate and Auction Company. They seem to take pride in doing what's best for their customers. I would highly recommend them for any real estate or auction needs.
