1. I requested information on whether the fireplace was okay to burn wood and if it had been cleaned and serviced the day of signing. And was told by Adrienne that I still have time to do more of a thorough inspection. Which I did immediately the next day. 2. ((Inspection Discovery)) ROOF DAMAGE NOT MOSS LIKE YOU ACCUSED ME OF SAYING!! AND IT WAS PHOTOGRAPHED and sent over and appeared to have been covered with plastic and silicone. But was a concern especially for MOLD and now with Grandkids absolutely more of a concern. Fire Place that definitely did not look cleaned and ready for use which is definitely a fire safety hazard and concern which was photographed. I was excited when I saw a property within my son's price range and sent him the listing. After reading the comments from Accesses management team to tenants and prospective tenant's I am appalled. They are condescending, rude and belittling. Furthermore, disclosing of personal information from applications on a public forum such as credit ratings, and other information you disclosed replying to different reviews should be against the law. I'm amazed at the level of unprofessionalism.

Would rate a 0 if I could , where do I start ? The woman at the front desk is very rude as well as their boss , they will talk to very disrespectfully Tammy to be specific Adrienne as well , terrible communication. You will get charges on top of charges for every little thing , Im sure the rude unnecessary replies from this business speaks for itself honestly .

Any repairs, problems or concerns I have turned in to them to be fixed , I've had no problems , they might seem a little strick at times but there only following there policy. It's not up to them to make sure things are done it's up to the homeowners to fix things, property management can only report to the owners . There just doing there job

Submitting the application was simple. It's an Extreamly long application, I might add. This is my first time renting a place by myself. I was excited that I had found a place. My credit isn't great, so I have a cosigner. I figured that was a huge plus. After submitting my application, I emailed a short message(still excited), and they did respond quickly. Their reply was, "Please confirm your last 4 of your social." So I did, 2 days later. (Still excited ) I email saying I'm excited and what was the next step? It's been 5 days, but there's still no reply. Lil disapointed!
