If I could give zero stars, I would. I have lived in my home for eight years without issue, and suddenly, out of no where the management company began aggressively inspecting and enforcing parking rules. In my case, they send one notice via regular mail in reference to parking on the street (yet everyone parks on the street FOR YEARS). I received that. Then the second and third warnings that contain new information that $25 daily fines will begin, are sent via certified mail, like most people I'm not home and so the daily fines begin to accumulate and I have no idea. This process is not in my governing documents. This process feels like a scam. As a homeowner, this process with this management company has been unnecessarily stressful. I’ve been a homeowner in the Highlands at Sandy Springs for 15 years, and my experience with the previous property managers was, frankly, awful. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone ..always voicemail, no follow-up. Now that we have a new property manager, Christine, my experience has been completely different. My interaction with her has been refreshing; she is responsive, professional, and present. I was honestly shocked (in a good way!) that I called the office and was actually able to speak with her directly. I had an issue that needed attention, and Christine has been on point with both the request and the follow-up. So far, I’m pleasantly surprised and hopeful that this level of service continues. As homeowners, we just want to be able to reach our property manager when needed

I have Been a homeowner in the Falls of Autry Mills for 28 years. In that time, I have seen several property managers work in our subdivision. Nikki Schubert is by far the best one we have ever had heads and shoulders above everyone else. She is very professional, objective, and fair. Nikki always welcomed me in her office. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was very sensitive to the issues at hand. She a 100%, followed up on what she promised to do. We have disagreed on several topics. However, she never let her personal feelings interfere on any matter. I trust Nikki to do what is right. She is thorough, comprehensive, and well organized. She has been a tremendous upgrade. This property management company is the worst. I just sold my Coral Ridge condo in Marietta yesterday because of this company being so awful. I thought that I would live there indefinitely but I couldn’t take this company and their total ineptitude any longer. As a result of living with this company, I will never ever again live in a community that has a HOA and management company overseeing the property. I thought about getting on the HOA board to try to improve things, but thought better of wasting my time and just sold. I couldn’t afford to tell my buyer how bad this company sucked so I chose not to face them at the closing table. You have been warned.

The absolute worst management company. If I could, I would give no stars. I’ve been living in a community for over five years dealing with this management company on numerous occasions. You can never get anybody to answer the phone when you call in. You have to call back over and over for someone just to pick up the phone. Then when you ask for the property manager, who’s assigned to your property, you get their voicemail and they never call you back. They say if you can’t get ahold of your property manager that you can go onto a portal to file a complaint and someone will give you a call back through the portal and that never happens either. Be warned, if you’re thinking about moving or buying a property and this company is associated as your property manager, do not move there.
