I paid $500 Ernest down for my house and was told by Ken I would get it back at closing. When we closed on our house I asked the title clerk where my Ernest money was and was told she didn’t receive anything (a check)from Ken and I would have to get it from Ken. I called several times and never heard back until I received an email from Acceptance Capital that I needed to re sign my purchase offer and it had been altered showing a $500 increase of my offer price. I made my realtor aware of this and he was unable to recoup my Ernest money but cut me a check from his own profit from the sale. I will only use Veteran friendly lenders from now on!

Ken made buying my first condo the easiest thing in the world. He gave me instructions and managed to qualify me for a very low interest loan, all while maintaining paramount professionalism during the whole process.
