I stayed here comfortably for a year. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, it was handled promptly, and the office staff consistently communicated well with tenants, which I really appreciated. As with any apartment community, having good neighbors matters, and overall my experience was not bad at all. Parking was plentiful, and I liked that there were no unexpected bills or extra charges. There were a few occasions early on when trash pickup was missed for a couple of days, but after I sent an email, it was consistently collected on schedule. The dumpster area is cleaned every morning and is kept neat and tidy. After living at Accent Suwanee Creek for one year, I would not recommend this property. While marketed as "luxury," the finishes in my unit did not feel high-end — the flooring appears to be laminate, the walls let in a lot of sound, and the overall fit and finish didn’t compare to other buildings I’ve lived in previously that were labeled "luxury". At times, I've noticed trash that remains on the property grounds for days before being cleaned. Despite a required monthly charge for Valet Living, my recycling was never picked up even when I followed the posted guidelines, so I had to bring boxes to the dumpster myself (which I occasionally found overflowing with trash). We had an amazing experience at the Sip & Shop event at Accent Suwanee Creek. This apartment complex is amazing, luxury and upscale. Britni and Kayla are super helpful and responsive to any questions we had and we also got a chance to speak to other tenants that are already living there with all wonderful & positive things why they love it there. We are loving it here and excited to moving in date.

My wife and I really enjoyed the apartment tour with Jari our leasing consultant. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I just wanted to send a special thank you to Kayla for helping me get approved for my apartment in dire need. Considering moving out of state and wanting to find the right location that suite my needs. She has been so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. No matter how many times I called her back to back, she always answered my questions and was so patient with me. I cannot wait until I officially move in.
