Accent Homes

I recently bought an Accent home on Mike Price Dr. in far east EL Paso. The home is not older than 4 years old and the rock wall is literally crumbling down. The craftsmanship and attention to details is very poor. I am looking to either replace or repair the entire wall at a house that is only 4 years old. The rock walls to other Accent Home, in the same area are also are in shambles as well. Buyers, have your rock walls inspected closely to ensure the cement and mortar do not become dust like the sand , they will become.

I'm not ever sure where to begin with this long awaited review. I purchased my Winton/Accent Home in December of 2015. I had an amazing realtor named Sandy. (If you still would like to purchase a house from this company, I highly recommend her.) In the end of February 2016 my house caught on fire while my wife and son were sleeping. This is where my world was flipped upside down. The fire alarm failed to wake them up but luckily the carbon monoxide alarm did go off eventually. They rushed outside and called 911. What was the cause? Faulty electrical wiring over one of the recessed light in the kitchen. I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding maintenance staff, Kevin, at Accent Homes in Tierra Este Community. His dedication and hard work have made a significant impact on our community. On move-in day, we had an issue with our plumbing and Kevin responded promptly and professionally. He not only made sure he fixed the problem efficiently but also took the time to explain what was done and ensured everything was in perfect working order before leaving. What truly sets him apart is his friendly and approachable demeanor. He always greet residents with a smile and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our community at the highest standards is truly commendable.

Just purchased my new house from Accent. We love it. Our sales person Jamie, was excellent. He was very patient and found what we were looking for in a house. First of all the quality is excellent. My other house is a Saratoga and there is an significant quality difference. The Accent homes also have larger lots. Also, the Accent homes are very open and have a more modern design.

We are sad to report that our home got structural damage. Accent homes has given us a run for trying to fix this problem. They placed piers in the home and started giving us the round about and do not want to follow the contract that was set in place. They have breach of contracts over and over with us. We have a type 1 diabetic Child and we need the money for his medical stuff. Accent homes does seem to understand that they are playing around with our sons life and that the money we used to build back our home because they were in no hurry to help us fix our home back is needed. We lost 30% market value already and they are trying to give us the round about. Please Don’t trust this company do your research and ask your self why there are no resent reviews on them.
