Lived here for awhile ended up having to move out of recommended keeping up with your payment receipts on multiple occasions I’ve had agency pay my rent and the rent always ended up getting put in late. I had a payment received in January that was just put in finally August and I moved out in April. Connie was very avoidant in resolving my issue but Crystal has always been very helpful. Crystal finally took it into her own hands and reached out to who needed to be talked to and something I’ve been waiting for since January was resolved in 2 days literally!

This place DOES need a lot of work but with the new management of Melissa and Alexis, it’s FINALLY getting better. This management works really well under pressure as they came here in the middle of summer. My account was messed up FOR MONTHS with the last management until Melissa fixed it. Highly recommend this Property Manager. Also, Maintenance comes to fix things wayyy quicker than they used to!

This water issue is the worst . Every other day the water is turned off and there is nothing you can do about it . The whole neighborhood has to suffer with no water even if it’s only one unit that was clogged or something. Like, why would you guys make the whole community run on one main pipe? Another thing is this horrible Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi just went down and it’s been days . Then you can’t even choose to get rid of this horrible Wi-Fi and still have to pay for it monthly like why ? At least if it worked ok … but the Wi-Fi is actually horrible all the time even when it does semi work . Not to mention it’s $65 a month my Xfinity was 10x times better at $35 dollars a month . We all know how overwhelming,frustrating and exhausting looking for a home can be, but when I was greeted by Crystal, Ishia and Virgina, my energy, spirit and desire were all uplifted. After conversing with them about my inquiry I was sent off with great anticipation of my move in date. The attention, care and respect received during a dark and vulnerable time is very much appreciated even more than words can express. I love my little apartment and the complex. It’s quiet, well maintained, and very comfortable. The manager and staff go out of their way to insure all is well. The new management is much much better than the last. Ms. Melissa is awesome and truly cares about her residents.
